Book Reviews Many emotions resurfaced during my Penofpoet's readings. There were brief moments that allowed my mind to wander...pulling me into memories that have been, desires that could be, and fantasies that probably never will be. Renewing my belief that love does exist, that the good guy does win, and life can be happily ever after. Yet, many of the short stories expressed true reality...hurts, pains, loneliness, disappointments, discouragements, and heartbreaks. Amazingly, there was a little piece of myself that could identify with each story line, exemplifying the humanness of his writings.
