Goliath, a Steller sea lion pup is rescued off the coast of Alaska after a violent tsunami devastates the Steller population. The animal is sent to the Ocean Beach Aquarium in New London, Connecticut. At first, he is cooperative, but things change as he matures. Soon his natural instinct to breed and rule his harem take over. Goilath escapes after a strong New England hurricane and causes mayhem and death wrought from frustration.
