Rosa DeLuca, grief-stricken over the loss of her husband, Henry, became a volunteer at Willow Brook. She hoped that spending time learning about the beautiful Victorian mansion and the family who had once lived there would help her focus on anything other than her late husband's long, horrible battle with cancer. After some initial jitters, Rosa completed her training, started leading tours and made new friends. But soon, to Rosa's dismay, constant bickering among the museum staff and volunteers seemed to be getting out of hand.
