Chicago: Munsell Publishing Company, 1923. 2 volumes, quarto, 24 x 31 cm. Original black half-leather with green cloth over boards and marbled edges. The leather is worn and cracked, particularly at the corners and spines, with some loss to the spine of Volume II; bindings lightly soiled. Volume I has an open tear to the recto of the frontispiece from label removal, and pp. 175-178 of that volume are detached and laid in. Fair condition. MP/djm
