About the AuthorJohn Wagner is a comics writer who has also written under the pseudonyms John Howard, T.B. Grover, Mike Stott, Keef Ripley, Rick Clark and Brian Skuter, among others. Alongside Pat Mills, Wagner is responsible for revitalising British boys' comics in the 1970s, and has been a leading light in British comics ever since. He is best known for his work on 2000 AD and is the creator of Judge Dredd. Vince Locke began drawing comics in 1986 with the cult hit Deadworld. In 1992 he began working on the Brief Lives storyline of The Sandman, inking the beautiful work of Jill Thompson. He has drawn and painted several graphic novels and comics of his own including A History of Violence written by John Wagner, Fallout written by Jim Ottaviani, and most recently Testament written by Jim Krueger with art by several of today?s finest artists and painters.
