Condition Notes

Albuquerque: Loujon Press (1970). 46x59cm. Limited edition, one of 20 copies issued to raise money for a memorial to the deceased publisher Jon Webb. A large orange clamshell case containing 12 loose broadside watercolor reproductions by Miller, each one signed by Miller in ink, as well as the spiral-bound book, wrapped in a patterned foil chemise and signed by Miller at the colophon. Affixed to the clamshell lid is a copy of Webb's obituary and a holograph message from his widow. Also included is a special printed title leaf and a signed frontispiece portrait by Paul Giovanopoulos. Clamshell is lightly soiled and a bit worn at the extremities, with the cloth splitting along the front joint; contents near fine. INDY/beh (oversize north)
