(New York): Pantheon Books, (1964). 2 volumes, 24 x 31 cm. Second edition, second printing. Bound in dark blue cloth stamped in gilt, with blue topstains and ribbon markers. Bindings lightly edgeworn; topstains faded near the spine. Dark blue dust jackets rubbed and lightly edgeworn with some light spots of soiling; spines faded; square holes cut out of the center of each spine panel to show part of the title on the binding underneath. Paper-covered slipcase is rubbed and partially faded. Books: Very Good condition; dust jackets: Fair; Slipcase: Good. SW/djm
