Synopses & Reviews

Publisher Comments:

Mountains and fountains Rain down on me Buried in berries What a jam jamboree! They're off... A boy and an endearing, rhyme-spouting, bear, who squires him through a fantastic world of raspberry rabbits, brassberry bands, and meadows of strawberry jam! Children will want to feast again and again on Bruce Degen's exuberant, colorful pictures and rollicking, berryful rhymes in this newly enlarged edition. "This book will provide a colorful addition to any picture book collection as even the youngest readers will be able to enjoy the vivid pictures of bear, boy and berries." School Library Journal "Berries and jam are roundly celebrated in a lilting rhyme, that, coupled with the jauntily colored pictures, makes it hard to resist thinking about one of summer's lusher treats."
