I purchased an eariler edition of this book some years ago, at a time I was exeriencing "nasty people". I found Jays book easy to read and very helpful in identifying certain behaviours, not only others but also my own behaviour. I reccommend this book to anyone facing difficulties with others around them, also a informative read for those who just like to know. Five stars from me.
