The amino acid therapy that Julia Ross writes about is working for me! I read her book in July 08. Using the self-assessment, I began taking tryptophan and some of the other amino acids. I sleep through the night now and feel more optimistic about life.
Ross writes in terms that are easy to understand. Her book is a great help and tells how to ease depression without pharmaceuticals!
