Julia Alvarez's heartwarming novel-now in Spanish.

Moving to Vermont after his parents split, Miguel has plenty to worry about! Tiiacute;a Lola, his quirky, "carismaaacute;tica, " and maybe magical aunt makes his life even more unpredictable when she arrives from the Dominican Republic to help out his Mami. Like her stories for adults, JuliaAlvarez's first middle-grade book sparkles with magic as it illuminates a child's experiences living in two cultures.

This book is full of wonders and interesting ideas. When tia Lola came to visit no one expected ehr to be a change in their lifes, especially Miguel. Not only does he have to go through his parents divorcing but a exotic aunt comes to stay!! I learned about the dominican culture and its background. This book taught me the significance of hope that things will look better.
