The Jolly Barnyard (Little Golden Books)by Annie North Bedford
Synopses & Reviews
Here’s a perfect introduction to our farm friends. Is there anything cuter than a little lamb or playful piglet? Farm animals are fascinating, and they are full of surprises, too. Naturally, cows make milk—but did you know they need to drink a bathtub-full of water every day? And of course the turkeys gobble—but sometimes they purr like cats. Wendell Minor’s bright, bold artwork and jaunty verse celebrate the wonders of our farm friends.
It's Farmer Brown's birthday, and the animals are deciding what they'll do for him on his special day. Full color.
Six treasured Little Golden Books are all in one beautiful box! These six titles, featuring adorable animals, are truly the pick of the litter: The Color Kittens; Mister Dog, I Can Fly; Baby Farm Animals; The Jolly Barnyard; and The Happy Man and His Dump Truck. A bonus blank Little Golden Book lets children create their own literary masterpieces!
This Little Golden Book boxed set brings together ten of the most popular Little Golden Book stories of all time. From classics
like The Poky Little Puppy, I Can Fly, The Fire Engine Book, and Seven Little Postmen to newer favorites like The Boy and the
