my wife brought it home yesterday for me and I spent all day reading each and every recipe; I quit for dinner when beginning "vegetables..." Fantastic! and done in an enteraining way. Now I need some help. Rather that list all the ingredients I think I need, if the author would have a list of all the incredients in all the recipes in the book, I could stock my pantry accordingly... Makes sense to me... It is a great book and I look forward to grilling like never before!
