i was suicidily depressed. with the work of my therapist and this book i've learned to overcome my depression (mostly). This was done without drugs. I believe that anybody can improve their outlook by using the lessons in this book. A therapist who is using this book as part of the therapy, can be a major help in overcoming depression.
