When I picked up this book, I was feeling really down. But this book gave me some helpful insight. I can also tell you what works for me. If you enhance your knowledge and feed your mind, you can become that confident, interesting person. Services like Agogus.com are great - it's quick, easy and has really interesting topics. My road to feel good about myself physically, mentally and spiritualy is exciting - just watch out for those dips!
