Synopses & Reviews

Publisher Comments:

The Celestine Prophecy is one of the most widely read books of our times. It's insights have proven to strike deep and universal chords. Now those insights have inspired this breathtakingly handsome illustrated book.

Grounding her poetic story in the tenets found in James Redfield's remarkable work, Dee Lillegard tells the story of Celestine, a young boy, who "finds his path but loses his way" while wandering in the woods. How he uses the insights that he finds on his journey to find his way back to the safety of his own home and bed is the core of this intriguing tale. Magnificent illustrations by Dean Morrissey not only depict the action but help readers understand the meaning of the song of Celestine.

Here then is a new and enriching treatment of James Redfield's themes that can be understood and relished by perceptive readers of all ages.

Synopsis:

You have never read a book like this before — a book that comes along once in a lifetime to change lives forever.

In the rain forests of Peru, an ancient manuscript has been discovered. Within its pages are 9 key insights into life itself — insights each human being is predicted to grasp sequentially; one insight, then another, as we move toward a completely spiritual culture on Earth. Drawing on ancient wisdom, it tells you how to make connections among the events happening in your life right now and lets you see what is going to happen to you in the years to come. The story it tells is a gripping one of adventure and discovery, but it is also a guidebook that has the power to crystallize your perceptions of why you are where you are in life and to direct your steps with a new energy and optimisim as you head into tomorrow.

Synopsis:

This modern fable is written in the enthralling tradition of The Way of the Peaceful Warrior and The Road Less Traveled. The discovery of an ancient manuscript in a Peruvian rainforest makes a powerful prediction about the fate of humankind, as the world moves into a new era of increased awareness and spirituality.

I read this book 3 times this year. My coming to read this book for the first time is a story that could demonstrate synchronicity in action. Reading it has changed my life. It's a great story with many layers to peel.

Interesting & powerful adventure story. It involves finding an ancient manuscript, in the rain forests of Peru, which guides humans on a path of spiritual enlightenment. I look at the world around me in a new way. I see more than trees when I gaze across the sky towards the mountains that surround me.
