Battlefield of the Mind 'teen edition' is upbeat and full of great information written in modern day language and using examples that todays teens can easily grasp and relate to. Like using a broken computer as a metaphor for when something is broken in our life. Joyce Meyer uses alot of biblical principles with scripture attached to help teens understand the importance of thinking more positively. She emphasizes that 'normal' thinking is not the same as healthy thinking and has plenty of personal examples that she shares.
I think this is a great book for teens, especially if they are having personal difficulties with negative thoughts about themselves.
