About the Author

DR. MARY ENIG is a world-renowned biochemist and nutritionist, best known for her early protests against trans fats more than twenty-five years ago. She is the coauthor, with Sally Fallon, of the bestselling Nourishing Traditions.

This book is so much more than a weight loss book! It is a book for anyone concerned about nutrition. The authors expose many myths and offer wonderfully practical recipes and ideas. There are planned menus for weight loss, but also for those who will find out through reading the book that they don't need to gain weight, but want to change their diet based on the insights gained.
