In 2005, Conde Nast Traveler Readers’ Choice Awards ranked Santa Fe as the #2 best city in the United States. In 2006, SmarterTravel.com, as reported on USToday.com, recommended Albuquerque as one of the top 6 travel destinations to keep on your radar. According to the New Mexico Department of Tourism, New Mexico tourism over the winter of 2004-2005 showed a 2.6 0ncrease over 2002-2003 and a 3.0 0ncrease over 2003-2004.   Our guide is of the few major guides that covers all 3 of the main cities visited in New Mexico, and it’ s longer than the major competing guides.
