As a novice to rope-working and knot-tying, I have found this book to be extremely helpful in my endeavors. I came across it quite by accident and am extremely happy--the language and text are easy to understand, as are the instructions and illustrations. In the short amount of time I have had this book, I have carried it with me everywhere, and loaned it to friends multiple times. Concise, to the point, and yet full of a wealth of information.
