When I pick up the book I thought it was just another book like Atkins. But it's not and though it maybe simple to some people, it I have found it great . In this book one is allow to have fruit ,so instead of have cake biscuits and bread I learnt have fruit Through this book I have learned a little bit more about myself and my obeseity and I hope to conquer it. Some people can stick to weight watchers and lose weight and I have not been one of those people.

This is a great book for those who found atkins good but hard to stick to.
