This book will mentor you in using sensible methods and foods to control your diet for health. It's hard enough to eat healthy and yet keep your interest in sometimes bland foods used during the common diet program. This book teaches you how the Mediterraneans have successfully kept their curvaceous looks while eating sensible and yet interesting dishes prepared with fresh foods and the recipes are varying and teaches you to achieve interesting meals that not only please but satisfy.
