(New York): Viking, (1986). Octavo, 14.5 x 21.5 cm, 157pp. 1st edition, signed by the author on the title page. Original cream paper over boards with green cloth backstrip stamped in gilt. The boards have very light wear to the edges and corners; name in ink on the front free endpaper. Dust jacket is lightly rubbed with some light creasing at the top edge of the front panel and the lower edge of the rear panel. Near fine/Very good. SW/djm
