Too many Americans think that if olive oil is heart healthy than LOTS of it is even better. It isn't. This book is as good as any of the Italian Italian cookbooks I've used and is designed for easy mastery. The photos are inviting, instructions clear and even my Italian American family has been quite pleased with my Swedish American cooking of their family favorites.

Don't need to be a master chef to do well with this book.
