Grossman's is great. I am currently pursuing Hospitality Management, and Bar Service is one of the courses.

Our lecturer advised us to get this book and I must say that it was awesome. It helped me with my projects and is getting me through exams. I now have a hightened awareness in this field and I am going to further my studies in this area and acquire some practical experience in the form of mixology/bartending as well.
