About the Author

John Gribbin is the author of many bestselling books, including In Search of Schrödinger's Cat, Schrödinger's Kittens, and Companion to the Cosmos. He has a Ph.D. in astrophysics from Cambridge and is currently Visiting Fellow in Astronomy at the University of Sussex in England. He lives in Sussex.

This encyclopedia was so good for me, I read it like it was a reqular book! explains everything from atoms, to things that belong in star trek! Besides that, this book is easy to understand, and the author wrote many great titles, such as in search of schrodingers cat. Great book!
