About the Author

He is a former litigator (Davis Polk andamp; Wardwell) who retired in 1990. Henry S. Lodge, M.D., ranked as one of the best doctors in America in his specialty of internal medicine, is a member of the teaching faculty at Columbia Medical School. He lives in New York City.
