About the Author

Today, in addition to being chef and owner of the award-winning Lemon Grass Restaurants and Lemon Grass Cafes in Sacramento, California, Mai teaches Southeast Asian cooking. She is married to Trong Nguyen, founder of the Northern California-based La Bou Bakery/Cafe chain.
