Dr. Jamie A. Cooper is an Assistant Professor at Texas Tech University where she teaches Sports Nutrition, and Sports Supplements and Ergogenic Aids. An expert in Kinesiology with an emphasis in Exercise Physiology and in Nutritional Sciences, Jamie regularly competes in triathlons.
