Appendices offer a guide for infection prevention, a list of commonly used drugs, therapies, and procedures, and a list of organizations related to specific conditions. Premkumar teaches at the Center for Complementary Health Education, Mount Royal College, Canada, and in the Department of Cell Biology and Anatomy at the University of Calgary.
