this book is cool, ok. just simply cool. thanks to bruce lee, i know how to express myself in martial arts, it has to do with the mind, spirit, and body combined ( dont think, feel... it is like a finger pointing to the moon). the man was very intelligent, he was the master of the fighting skills, ( martial arts). for those of you who want to improve your mind, body, and fighting skills, i highly recomend this classic book, from the one, and only, and if you've ever wondered how bruce lee fought so well, he's revealing his secrets here in this book, among others if you would take your time, and pay close attention to what he's saying, and apply all, the weight lifting, the jogging, the punches, and kicking you dig? it's not a classical mess, it's simplicity, combined with practice. in other words, bruce lee left us all a great legacy in this great book, and i know you will enjoy peace.
