As a student of the ceremony, I was delighted by this book. It is a lovely way to introduce children to this rewarding sharing experience.
The pictures are beautiful but, just a little bit involved so would strongly suggest that a parent be part of the child's exploration.
I would recommend this book to children 10 and older but if a parent will sit and explore the book with the child, even children as young as 5 might enjoy the experience.
