This is the best Asian Cook book I have ever used..I am on my second copy and have many favorite sure hits from this book. I lived in Hong Kong and Singapore as a child and these recipes are authentic and accessible. From Borneo to Japan and beyond, recipes and food culture are offered. Add this book to your collection, you will be glad you did!

A wonderfully comprehensive guide to the food and cooking methods of many Asian countries. The recipes are authentic and substitutions are provided when applicable. I've had mine for 15 years and due to its extensive use, it is in rather poor condition. It is the first book I'll need to replace for this reason.
