Like so many things in our country, when someone thinks they have discovered something new, hundreds of writers latch onto it and the market becomes flooded with THE ‘how to’ book of the moment.
Mindfulness is the current such discovery. Buddhist Monk, Thich Nhat Hanh, has been practicing and teaching mindfulness for over 70 years. 70 years. He is a distinguished member of mindfulness teachers that stretches back as far as the 6th century BCE. This is the book to go to learn the skill of mindfulness meditation, which truly can be a miracle in one’s life.
