I have just started static contraction training, and have been blown away by the results thus far. I have researched and read everything online that i could read about the subject and find it to be the most refreshing find on bodybuilding and staying fit. the authors don't say that traditional workouts don't work, but if there is a better and faster way of getting better results why not research it and go for it. happy lifting
