This is a wonderful book! I dropped mine in a pot of water, and have been looking for a replacement. Also, I'd like to give it as a housewarming gift to some new neighbors who just moved here from Wisconsin. The recipes are easy, and every one I've tried has been just delicious. Makes use of regional, fresh ingredients, and Vollstedt has a knack for blending flavors and seasonings to perfection. Highly recommended.
