I prefer to keep vegetarian and vegetable cookbooks as separate items. In these recipes you can find goat cheese and ancho (anchovis?) which aren't really very vegetarian items. I'm not a purist, but I like to keep things in their own places - it helps you to get into the right feeling when reading or using a cookbook - and when serving the dishes to your friends.

Presumably this book is full of wildly delicious recipes, but the few I've already tried are such hits that I have not moved past them yet. Highly recommended. I get compliments every time I make something from this book, and the recipes are very easy to make vegan if you're into that kind of thing.
