D.I.Y. Delicious offers ideas for cooking real food, without the jumping-on-the-bandwagon feeling you get from some slow-food cookbooks. This book is totally inspiring--who knew that making things like ketchup and cheese yourself was so easy? I made like 5 things from this book within the first few weeks I had it. Highly recommended.
