My husband and I have been giving veganism a try for its health benefits and stumbled upon this cookbook amongst a pile of others. It's been excellent! We've tried far more recipes from this book than from any other cookbook I've had, and 99% of them are delicious and on the "make again" list. One of my favorites is the Chickpea B'Stilla. I definitely recommend this cookbook for vegans and non-vegans alike.
