About the AuthorMark Morris was born in the English mining town of Bolsover in 1963. He became a full-time writer in 1988, and a year later saw the release of his first novel, Toady. Since then he has had eleven further novels published, plus a short story collection, Close to the Bone. Numerous other short stories, articles, and reviews have appeared in a variety of anthologies and magazines, including Dark Terrors, Best New Horror, Cemetery Dance, and Interzone. His latest novel, Nowhere Near an Angel, was published by PS Publishing in 2005.
