I was lucky enough to see a galley copy of Voodoo Vintners, and as a certified wino I will DEFINITELY be purchasing a copy! I've been following Katherine's wine writing for quite some time, and as always she tackles a seemingly tricky subject and presents it in a very fun, accessible way. Can't wait to read the whole thing!

Love this it is true pre lab science and it's more of a belief or a religion. We can all learn from histore even if it not new world science. I don't think we can feed the world this way but it helps us look at what we do right and what we do for money.
