Synopses & Reviews

Publisher Comments:

Everyone knows the story of the three little pigs, but now readers are introduced to the three little javelinas--lovable, wild, southwestern cousins of pigs--as they try to outsmart the coyote who had hoped to eat them with red chile sauce.

Synopsis:

The Southwest version of the three little pigs

Synopsis:

What happens when The Three Little Pigs goes Southwest? A trio of javalinas replace the pigs and the big bad wolf becomes a clever coyote! A favorite tale told with southwestern spice.

This is the CUTEST book ever! My husband's famous version of THE THREE PIGS has been a favorite of our grandchildren until this version came along. It was perfect, especially since we live in Arizona. We LOVE the Southwestern twist on this famous children's story.

I went right out and bought another book by the same author and illustrator. WONDERFUL!
