I found this book when our children were still very young, and it created a whole new level of understanding them from the inside out. Because we live in a culture which constantly imposes adult perspectives, information, and schedules on our young children's minds, we rob them of their childhood. Rahima gives clear direction about meeting the inner needs of the child. My now grown children still see life as an adventure, and I believe this reflects the years we honored the magical world of childhood.
