This is my standard go-to book for oatmeal cookies (I add chocolate chips), whole wheat pie crut, spanokopita, ratatouille and several variations on mixed vegetables. Plus it has an amazing nutrient guide with detailed listings of the vitamins and minerals found many foods. A wonderful reference for the health-oriented cook.
