This book is so awesome for recipes, Very clear cut to understand. also besides just recipes it gives you tips on purchasing and cooking foods without needing a recipe, for example, steaming your sweet potatoe for 30-35mins. Also explains every food that you have never had. (I have never had kale but because of this book, im steaming it tonight for dinner) I have borrowed this book from the library but am now intending to buy it from powells because there's so many recipes in this book i like i would be hand writing for ever...
