Growing up in Seattle, I enjoyed many dinners from this great collection of recipes. When I got my first apartment, my mom gave me a copy for Christmas, telling me "I've never made a bad recipe from this book." It's true. The book is beautiful, the recipes are easy to follow, and showcase the flavors of the region. If you love salmon and classy Northwest food, this book is a must.
