This book is one of my favorite nutrition books. It has some very interesting information in it that people today really don't think about when they are preparing food. I feel great knowing that I can provide a healthy meal for my family by following the simple instructions in this book. Love it! I think this is a book that everyone should read!

This is my favorite cookbook EVER. It's not just a cookbook, but it's so full of information about eating healthy, the way we were meant to. I think everyone should own this book!
