About the AuthorMary Rechner lives and writes in Portland, Oregon. Her writing has appeared in Oregon Humanities, literarymama.com, and the Oregonian, among others. Her short story "Teeth" is forthcoming in The Kenyon Review. Mary teaches creative writing for several writers-in-the-schools programs in Portland. She has been awarded residencies at Caldera and the Vermont Studio Center and is the recipient of an Oregon Literary Fellowship from Literary Arts. She will complete her MFA at Antioch University, Los Angeles, in June 2005. Nava Lubelski is a native of New York City and a graduate of Wesleyan University in Middletown, CT. Her work has been shown most recently at OHT Gallery in Boston and the Queens Museum of Art in New York. She has held residencies at the Constance Saltonstall Foundation for the Arts and the Space Program at the Marie Walsh Sharpe Art Foundation.
