I not only quit smoking immediately, but with no "jones at all. I have not gained 1 single pound, and I smoked for 35 years! This is a fantastic lil book! Filled with common sense, that I understood for the first time. He has a way of just speaking directly to me, without any excuses, or I am doomed because of my DNA. None of the typical junk that feeds our addiction, but good honest "get over yourself" stuff. Makes total sense to me, and Yeah!!!!!!!!!!!!!! I am a nonsmoker! Or, rather Yippeeeeeeeee! I am a nonsmoker!!
