Sheand#8217;s missing a whole day from her life. And sheand#8217;s wearing skeleton makeup and a too-small Halloween costume that she doesn't remember putting on. andlt;BRandgt;andlt;BRandgt;Nan is not supposed to wake up in places like this anymore. Sheand#8217;s different now, so far from that dangerously drunk girl who hit bottom in the Nanapocalypse. She needs to find out what happened to her, and fast. As she tries to put together the pieces of the last twenty-four hours, she flashes back to memories of her previous life. But she would never go back to her old friends and her old ways. Would she? andlt;BRandgt;andlt;BRandgt; The deeper Nan digs, the more disturbing things get. This time, she may have gone one step too far. This time, she may be a walking ghost.

Synopsis:

Nan wakes up in a subway car the day after Halloween with no clue how she got there. She’s made such an effort to get sober, to stop disappointing her family. This just isn’t like her (anymore). But she can’t remember what happened yesterday, and she’s wearing skeleton makeup and a too-small Halloween costume. Not good. Not good at all.

Nan is trying to put together the pieces, but her brain is mixing flashbacks from her previous life with the missing day. Did she really go back to her old friends and apparently her old ways? As she uncovers more and more of what happened on Halloween night, Nan begins to realize that this time she may have gone too far. She may be a walking ghost.
